      There are benefits of being in such a large company, such as upward mobility.

      Cons

      the pay is low. there is not enough healthcare competition in pittsburgh. UPMC does not support unions.

      My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

      Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
