      None!!! Honestly cannot even think of a single reason why I would recommend working here.

      Cons

      Very little leadership support from Senior leaders. Never see them. Constant micromanaging from leaders who have never even set foot in my facility or the departments that I had oversight of. No guidance, and when there was guidance, it was like I was reporting to 5 different people at the same time and each of them had a different vision and directive. How are you supposed to even manage that?

      Pros

      My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

      Cons

      Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
