Flexibility Allowed by local Manager.
Cons
Lack of suitable guidance from region Manager. Very poor support of local IT and facilities management. Facilities could be improved and site capabilities should be developed and invested. Lack of leadership and clear guidance. Project deadlines unrealistic, and region manager doesn't push for them to be adjusted, putting staff over pressure unnecessary.
