      Pros

      The recruitment process is very smooth and to the point. Overall , work culture is great. Being a fresher , more to go and more to see.

      Cons

      In Bangalore, the UPL's office is at nurture.farm office ( daughter company of UPL). However, the seperate office is under process and will be available very shortly.

      Pros

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      Cons

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.
