      Regional diversity/cultural differences causes different work styles & expectations.. Recent integration led to a change in organisation heirarchy and structure which is not that clear/transparent..

      Pros

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.
