      Pros

      Work Environment for work which helps to motivate ourselves to come to office & perform as better as you can. Good Support from higher authorities to achieve what targeted at personal level as well.

      Cons

      We are in the verge of going completely digital but still there are some cases wherein there is scope for reimbursement......etc.

      Pros

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      Cons

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.

      Some days were really slow with no real involvement in activities
