      Good oppurtunity to learn new things and how a company with Indian roots works.

      Cons

      Office politics. And some of that Indian "Sir" essense that you will have to deal with.

      UPL has exceeded my expectations and what I was accustomed to. The culture is open and welcoming for new employees. The leadership has a clear and simplified direction.

      I wish I would have joined UPL sooner.

      I was placed on real projects and had a great hands-on experience. The people were also friendly and willing to clarify any confusions.
