Pros

The other people who worked there were the only pros

Cons

Management is HORRIBLE! Fired a group of individuals with absolutely NO explanation off. CEO is extremely unprofessional, sends out company emails degrading former employees and putting their buisness out for the world to see. worst place I've ever worked at

UPIC Health Response

Hi - Again we totally understand your frustration and thus expect you to take the view that the CEO is horrible, etc. These are very traditional responses to contract terminations for cause. But as stated previously, given the enormity of employee, patient and client complaints despite our continuous coaching, it became clear UPIC Health was just not the right place for you. We sincerely hope you find an environment better suited to your background and wish you all the best.

Pros

You will meet some of the most kind, compassionate, and hard working people here. If you enjoy helping patients one to one over the phone then this would be a great job for you. This is a growing company and that comes with both the turbulence of change and also the pride of watching positive development. Having flexibility is key. The CEO makes a point of getting to know each individual's interests and encourages personal and professional growth.

Cons

Everyone is expected to be on the phones, there is not much variety in the day to day work. Because of queue demands, regular touch bases with supervisors and coworkers can be difficult. However, I feel that this has improved recently. Compassion fatigue is real. This is a job for someone that can focus on the bigger picture and feels the work they do makes a difference.
