1. One of the few University in India, which has impartial system for recruitment and promotions. 2. All Policies are well written and articulated and available for all employes over the intranet 3. No peer pressure 4. Salary is comparable to Govt. of India
Cons
1. Recently University has removed the DA part from salary, University must restore DA in the salary structure 2. Increase expenditure on research
