Has had multiple cases of toxic management. Does the bare minimum if anything about reports of it. Actively judges any introverted behaviours. (negatively) Men are promoted more easily than women here. "Optional" group activities are not optional if you want to do well at your job. Performance reviews are just used to dig up as much dirt as possible about your fellow employees and have a new format every time. Your performance will not lead to any meaningful raises.
