      A high concentration of exceptional talent. Plenty of opportunities to design, learn and network. A lot of innovation in building, prototyping and design processes.

      Cons

      Relatively large firm and stabilized hierarchy limit opportunities to grow into positions of leadership.

      Pros

      Great location, atmosphere, design work, work hours, etc.

      Cons

      It is not like boutique studios as you may expect. It can be very similar to any corporate offices you all hate to go (don't know why...), but truth is it is not like small studio, so don't expect that if you were all about that when applying. By the way, I am not against corporate style. It is just different.
