Pros

good for the portfolio only- actually not sure anymore

Cons

High workload and a noticeable burnout culture are among the biggest challenges. Long hours and sustained periods of pressure are often treated as normal, making work-life balance difficult to maintain. Employees should also be prepared for a communication style that can at times feel dismissive, overly critical, or disrespectful, with sarcasm, public criticism, and personal remarks not being uncommon. This can contribute to a stressful working environment and make it difficult to raise concerns openly. Career progression and job classifications can lack transparency, with employees sometimes performing responsibilities above their official level before receiving recognition or compensation adjustments. Combined with inconsistent communication around promotions and salary progression, this can create frustration and uncertainty about long-term career development.

Pros

Great location, atmosphere, design work, work hours, etc.

Cons

It is not like boutique studios as you may expect. It can be very similar to any corporate offices you all hate to go (don't know why...), but truth is it is not like small studio, so don't expect that if you were all about that when applying. By the way, I am not against corporate style. It is just different.
