Pay is not competitive based on others in the same multi- unit roles at “upcoming” / start-up companies; no real benefits (ex: 401K, Retirement Savings, Tuition Reimbursement, Leadership/ Career Development Programs, Volunteer / Community work opportunities, etc); company expects a lot with very little resources; company also doesn’t put enough investment in to its people hence why the tenure fluctuates so frequently; the reimbursement period for expenses is too long which can cause financial stress when you already don’t make enough
