Company expects us to act like a high-end store, but there is no marketing whatsoever in North America, especially in the Canadian market. There is no consistent direction from HR, but there are consistent mistakes that always make our job as sales associates harder when they could have taken a bit of extra time to ensure their job was done properly. The uniforms are terrible and women must wear red lipstick. Pay is minimum wage. Prices of the jewelry keep on rising, which is further isolating clients as they already deem the jewelry too expensive for what it is.
