      Pros

      - Get to wear all jewelry while at work - The jewelry designs are pretty original and nice therefore easy to sell - Clients in general are very nice, mostly foreign - Monthly national employee contest where you can win jewelry pieces or other prizes

      Cons

      - Management in general is not the best, they don't listen to employees needs - Management is very authoritarian from local, regional to national - Sales commission only earned if you meet your monthly goal - Crappy hours for part time employees
