Pros
Great stepping stone. The company is new and constantly growing which creates plenty of opportunities to those who are looking to move up quickly. The feel of the company is quite artistic which allows you to use your creativity heard and they are always looking for new ideas.
Cons
The company is new which also makes them all over the place. It doesn't matter if it is uniforms or a store remodel, the consistency is not there. The stores do not have the same increase over last year's numbers across the board. And a 45% increase makes it nearly impossible to hit your goal to get paid any commission. So, if you sign up you are signing up for hourly only. Also, if you don't make your goal you will get fired in 4 months, so the turnover rate is insane. Most people don't even last the 4 months though due to management, the high heel requirement/dresscode, or the disorganization. The entire company is inconsistent and scattered.
