Lack of accountability -even though the management initiated the program or the strategy, when it fails they will put the blame to their underlings. The executives are not equipped to handle the position. The strategy is ever changing. As is every week, every month. Although the company is a start up, they used it as an excuse to make trial and error in the strategy. They bite more than what they can chew. Too much focus on lending with a little attention on the market they want to cater. Let's just say they enjoy playing on a muddy puddle without noticing the muddy puddle is quickly turning into a quicksand.
