      Pros

      If you are one of the few chiefs, you are high paid and recognized. A small, but growing company.

      Cons

      underpaid, overworked, unrecognized. Company is new and may be that speaks to their lack of organization, structure, long term employment opportunities. They go through employees like Mark Martin (exaggeration). They have the fastest employee turn around I have ever had the displeasure of knowing. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would leave in a second.

      Pros

      I gave an interview and was selected within a week. Overall smooth process. This is a great company where you and your opinions are valued. You have a huge room to learn and grow. I have the best manager I could have ever get. He is a great mentor. I also have a great team to work with.

      Cons

      Training part is a bit not up to the mark. You have the knowledge base to refer so it's isn't a huge con but sometimes you feel like stuck. CS team needs to be paid fairly as other departments.
