      Great learning Institution. Everything happens. You get to see and learn everything.

      Cons

      You are a cog in the wheel. If you don't know it, you get reminded of that. The wheel can still work just fine without one or many cogs. They routinely replace cogs to keep the wheel turning. There is only one hub, if you want to function as a cog, you have to attach to the hub or you would be twisted and mangled.

      Decent pay for area, only work 12-17 days per month

      Mngmt. Let's power go to their heads, no matter how hard an employee works it's never good enough, winter temps below freezing inside 24/7 summer temps run an avg of 115°f 24/7, reviews/raises were a joke and a metaphorical slap in the face, brown nosing rewarded before hard work and actual skill
