      Pros

      Uniseal is by far the best company to work for in the area. The entry level production jobs pay extremely well and have the ability to earn monthly bonuses. The benefits are excellent as well. Uniseal has an outstanding Management & HR team that's led by the best President there is. I'd strongly recommend Uniseal as an employer.

      Cons

      There really isn't any downside to working at Uniseal. If you have poor attendance, bad attitude, or a weak work ethic then this isn't the place for you. Uniseal does a great job of rewarding the employees that contribute to their success.
