      Pros

      I was attracted to UNICEF by its mission and position alignment, however scared of bureaucracy. While the process are there, the attitude of team is amazing with focus on results and positive impact. I feel super inspired by my colleagues.

      -great exposure to a UN agency with one of the strongest and clearest mandates

      -the exposure and experience does not make up for the fact that interns are unpaid
