      Pros

      Trabajar en UNICEF otorga la posibilidad de entrar en el mundo de naciones unidas y conocer, además otras agencias. Es una linda experiencia para hacer carrera internacional.

      Cons

      Haber trabajado en UNICEF ha sido una excelente experiencia. La única desventaja que veo es que; como todo 3er sector, se realizan los trabajos con herramientas/servicios con algunas limitaciones dada la necesidad de licitar el mejor producto al mejor precio.

      Pros

      Working at the UN was an amazing experience, being able to take part in such a significant mission was great.

      Cons

      As I was not a full-time volunteer and was also responsible for fundraising in my territory, I felt that I did not receive the same treatment as the other volunteers. It was a challenging role and experience, and at times it felt like my well-being was not fully considered.
