      The boss I report to directly is great. Do your job and there are no issues

      Cons

      Company hasn't given raises or bonuses last 2 years, and this year cut the pay of sales reps by 11%. Meanwhile executives and ceo are making millions of dollars and continue to get bonuses and raises
