      Work from home, 401k match

      Cons

      Recently, management has made some big changes to the structure. The changes make it clear that they have no idea what we actually do. I no longer have work/life balance because this change has made my workload grow exponentially. The department is struggling and management won’t listen.

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
