Pros
Work from home is nice, always new challenges to solve, easy to distinguish yourself because most people don’t know what they’re doing.
Cons
Following previous CEOs departure, the new leadership team has shifted strategy every 12-18 months with inconsistent execution and pretty disastrous financial results. The stock price speaks for itself. At least 3 acquisitions with no real integration has led to bloat (hi legacy SuperValu) and multiple legacy systems that are difficult to navigate. Workloads are very team dependent but they never get lighter. Flex pto but of course it’s next to impossible to take time off when there’s always another deliverable of questionable value. Very little recognition, no raises in 2023 with 2024 still uncertain.
