      Unfair wages for long term employees compared to walking in the door. Reverse discrimination. Over worked and never enough.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
