      Toxic work environment that has no regard for safety. They will tell you safety matters but set unreasonable goals that you must meet

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
