      Pros

      Great benefits. Wonderful people. Healthy internal culture and respect.

      Cons

      Outdated and disorganized systems and processes. Lack of clear vision and accountability. Constantly changing programs. Very difficult to establish a pattern and build from it. Plagued by the same ongoing problems. Sometimes long hours and lots of travel driven by customer demands.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
