      Pros

      There is an overall relaxed atmosphere in the region office. Dress code is casual - with an obvious adjustment for customers and/or vendor meetings.

      Cons

      Too many politics in the office with a focus on "who you know" or where you are from within the company. Favoritism is definitely a factor without regard to actual experience and knowledge. It creates an overall bad morale for the teams
