Cons
No merit increase at the DC level, despite producing more money than the previous year. They squeeze the DCs so thin and force us to run lean. Will not replace people who retire/fired/promoted/quit/died. A lot of associates have to do the jobs of multiple people. Old building and equipment, won’t invest money into the DCs (one DC in Southern California didn’t even have a front door and every time they ask for one it gets cut from the budget).
