Pros
I started as a selector in the warehouse and worked my way into Management. There aren't a lot of company left that will promote from within.
Cons
As in all grocery warehouses hours get long during peak seasons. UNFI is always focused on bringing in the right number of associates, so the long hours don't last for more than a month at a time.
