      Everything -- hours, management couldn't give two bleeps about you and are very racist and allow racist and sexist behaviors, the list goes on.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
