      no good things i have seen there safety is bad, blaming each other, managers are friends and family and they support each other

      the worst place to work. long hours and not safe environment. not a good place

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
