      Pros

      Fortune 500, name recognition on your resume. They are very PRO diversity especially for the G/L/T community.

      Cons

      Complicated business model, constant restructuring, the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing, alot of resources wasted as a result, turf wars, disrespect between business units, Home Office and Regions.
