Pros
Great coworkers, who helped each other as much as possible.
Cons
Too many bosses and not enough workers. The managers from Director and higher have a sense of entitlement which undermines the moral of workers. When we're told to work harder because their bonus is based on our hitting the budgeted numbers, it's hard to take them serious. They have no concern for the retailers, just their bonuses.
