Large company Lots of advancement oppts Good benefits People seem to work together well Support learning (on-site and with college tuition)
Cons
Too many systems in the org. Retail competing against Distribution Size - you might come up with the best idea, but by the time it gets passed down, it's too late to react. Feel like you cannot make a large impact. Pay is ok, could be better, if they want to attract and keep good talent. Time off awful (2 weeks of vacation). Worked on way too many projects for new fee & business proposals, most of these projects ended up scrapped. Feel like worked for no good reason, other than pay.
