Constantly Shrinking Company with a Revolving Door of Senior Management - Business Systems Analyst UNFI Employee Review

Never Ending Layoffs, at least once a year. Shrinking sales every year for the past 6 years. Senior Management turnover is very high. Have cut everything possible in order to save costs - Even cut out supplying cups or napkins in break rooms. Eliminated Dividends, Salary Increases, 401K contributions last year. Shrinking IT Organization with no career opportunities. Could go on and on.
