Long hours. Not able to use the vacation time you are given because there is always a major problem happening. Horrible leadership from C-suite and the two layers below them. Antiquated systems and processes. Too many people who have been there for far too long. No innovation. C-suite is failing at executing the merger. All the really good, talented people are leaving.
