      If you are not full time the pay is OK. ALOT of freezer time. Sometimes really long hours.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
