Pros
A lot of nice people. Benefits are comparable to similar sized companies. Some leaders are great, so you will enjoy your job if you're lucky enough to work for one of them.
Cons
There is little to no strategic direction. Generally, you will need to leave the company to be promoted. Pay is below average. Hours are long; the company has been lean for years, and now with layoffs from the acquisition, fewer people are expected to do more work, plus all the work of integration. The best employees have left.
