      Most of the people you deal with are hard working and down to earth. The labor relations function is strong and with very good negotiators.

      Cons

      Supervalu is facing very serious competitive pressures. This is a tough industry to work in.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
