      Great benefits, coworkers and colleagues were friendly, flexible scheduling (as a part-timer).

      Cons

      Program wasn't worked out to train part-timer's appropriately to achieve performance standards within the probationary period. Also, company has a policy forbidding current employees from being professional references to current or former employees.
