Management will literally harass and threaten you. HR is useless and turns all issues back on the employees. Employees were sleeping in their cars because we worked so long, and had to come back next morning. Management told them they had no excuse to be tired or to not hit rate. Management asked an employee to reschedule his wedding so he could come in for mandatory OT.
