Pros
Atmosphere, relationships, level of support from direct manager, diversity. The team was well rounded and worked together to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
Cons
The company has shown that they are followers and not thinking of new ideas to drive sales. Some managers appear to take the eay road and hire "yes" people instead of individuals who what to push for excellence and change.
