      Great personnel and team building through management. Comfortable, ergonomic work spaces.

      The departmental training program at the time was not provided by a training coordinator, rather by staff that had deadlines and daily responsibilities.

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
