Pros
There are some very nice people working there; many of whom trying very hard.
Cons
The Canadian arm of the company can't seem to find its stride. Too many managers flowing in and out; each one with their own focus. They seem to be trying the Canadian arm like the American base, without realizing that there are unique issues in Canada. While they do tend to promote from within, they also seem to promote at a lower rate of pay than the incumbent and add more work to the load.
