They don't care about you but say they do, work long hours expect 13-16 hour days 5 days a week, not a family oriented company like they say, Management plays favoritism, will find an excuse to fire you if you aren't liked, and they seem to fire and get rid of the employees that actually care instead of the people who don't care or only care about them self.
