      Pros

      The best salary I've found in the area. Large company so it offers stability. There is, hypothetically, upward movement potential, if you catch the right time or play the right games.

      Cons

      They are shady and underhanded with promotions. The nepotism is real. They have blatantly and to our faces ignored sexism and S. Harassment situations.

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
