We're glad the flexibility of our lean team worked for you, but we noted your feedback on 'politics' and 'direction' seriously. Despite our monthly business review and agile squad ceremonies made transparently, it's clear we can do more to ensure our squad members feel a sense of purpose guided by our Squad Leaders.
