Pros
UNDP pays decently and there are lots of committed staff. Work can be interesting
Cons
It is an international organization - managers appointed from the top are political appointees - some shining stars, other corrupt nasty pieces of work. With top management protected with diplomatic immunity the culture of violence, sexual harassment and abuse is impossible to contain - so if you have a bad manager run since nothing will protect you. On the other hand good managers let u excel. That being said getting into management is highly unlikely unless you have a political backer - e.g. an uncle who is a minister of foreign affairs.
